1. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments can be made through our online booking system or by phone. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time so we can honor other clients’ appointments

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.​

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

​No-shows or missed appointments may be charged in full at our discretion.

This policy helps us provide the best availability for all clients.

3. Refunds and Payments
All payments for completed services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know during or immediately after your service so we can make it right. Gift cards (when available) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused and accompanied by proof of purchase.

4. Health and Safety
Your health and comfort are our top priorities.
Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, recent procedures, or medications that may affect your treatment. SETA ESTHETICS LLC and its staff are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical condition. All treatments are provided for relaxation and cosmetic purposes only.

5. Services for Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide written consent before receiving any service.

A parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room for clients under 16 years old.

Certain services (such as advanced peels or chemical exfoliation) may not be performed on minors, even with consent, at the discretion of the esthetician.

All information regarding a minor’s treatments will remain confidential and handled in accordance with our privacy practices.

By scheduling an appointment for a minor, the parent or guardian acknowledges understanding of the procedure(s) and assumes full responsibility for consent and aftercare.

6. Personal Items
Please keep your personal belongings secure. SETA ESTHETICS LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items while on the premises.

7. Pricing and Service Changes
Prices, promotions, and service offerings are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
8. Liability Waiver
By receiving services at SETA ESTHETICS LLC, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the nature of the treatment(s) and agree to release the spa and its employees from any liability for injury or adverse reaction that may occur.
9. Appointment Confirmations and Notifications
When you book an appointment with SETA ESTHETICS LLC, you may receive confirmation and reminder messages by email or SMS. These notifications are sent automatically to help you remember your scheduled time.
By booking a service, you consent to receive these messages for appointment management purposes. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any text or by contacting us directly.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, intoxication, failure to comply with spa policies, or health conditions that may pose a risk.
